Inca de Varas I

Inca de Varas I is a response to the growing national and industrial demand for electricity in the country. Solar energy, a clean, renewable and abundant source of energy in the region, will be used to help diversify Chile's energy resources. The project includes the construction and operation of a photovoltaic power plant, distributed in 122ha, which will inject the energy produced into cChile's Central Interconnected System (SIC). Construction is expected to demand between 12 and 220 workers, while the operation will require 10 to 18 people.
